This was a before shot of the sink side of the kitchen.  Very little cabinets for storage and no dishwasher!

This is the sink side now!  We extended the cabinets to the left of the sink and went under their existing window.

This is a drop down between the kitchen (left of the sink area) and a living room.  (Before picture)

This is the same side that had the iron railing!  More storage and counter space!

This is their original cramped refrigerator, cook top and oven area.  Notice where the refrigerator is at and now look at the after picture.

Changed their oven and separate cook top into a standard range and they removed the wall to make a pass thru.  The pass thru is a seating area on the back side.  This made the whole kitchen much more open.
